This program includes: 1. Agreement and signing of an Anger Management Contract with your mate/spouse.
2. Maintaining an up-to-date Anger Incident Log to document any time the Anger Management Contract is breached.
3. Talking with an AMP Companion (a friend or assigned partner who also is participating in this program) at least once every week to discuss your progress/setbacks.
Negative Talk: It has been found that the best predictor of success in a relationship is how each person in that relationship speaks to the other.
If, four out of five times, the communication/conversation is "positive," then the relationship will tend to succeed. If four out of five interactions include "negative talk," then the relationship will tend to end in a break-up.
